I didn't receive this book. I was sent a book that I didn't order. Evidently these people can't read. I sent them an email to that fact but I haven't received a response. This will cost me to return it in time and money. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY.

This book has a lot of writing throughout the first chapter and not just cover pages. Very disappointed. The seller clearly was not familiar with the condition of this book.

The book was incorrectly described. I was blithely told to send the book back -- from England to the US, at my own cost. That's how this company supposedly helps some people -- by lying to others. Pretty disgusting.

This edition (isbn 9780673466471) is NOT the AIO - annotated instructor's edition! Nowhere in the book itself it states it is the AIO edition. This is the only negative comment I have. Otherwise the copy is in good condition as described.

The seller sent me the wrong book. I will return it and be reimbursed, but there has been no indication that the error will be corrected. I have to think that someone else, expecting the book I received, got the book I ordered.

I did not receive my books and not receive a refund. They send me automated replies that has nothing to do about the subject matter. I have been waiting patiently for more than a month for a resolution that is failing to be presented.
