You guys should know that the stickers you put on the spine of your books damages the book. I?ve gotten two books from you recently and removing the sticker in both cases tore away the fabric.

While I recognize that the difference between 'good' and 'very good' condition is to some degree subjective, I wouldn't consider coffee stains on the cover as 'very good' condition.

This book started in beautiful shape but was shipped in an unpadded plastic bag and so arrived with huge dents/rips on the right side. Sad to see a pristine copy ruined by cheapskate shipping choices. A $5 book? Eh, ok. But a $35 book? Shameful!

I got caught in what appears to be a "bait & switch." The photo states, "Barnes' Notes on the New Testament; complete in one volume." Description: "A complete, unabridged, verse-by-verse commentary on the entire New Testament...." They sent Hebrews.
