Cover is warn across all edges. Corners are bent. Pages are notched. I would call it fine, no way it qualifies as very good.

The problem was not with either the publisher or distributor. Firefly said they received the book in Vancouver but have not sent it to me. My VISA card has been charged.

HATE the plastic mailing envelopers. Paper would be more environmentally friendly, and it's impossible to shred the mailing label once it's been attached to the sticky, filmy plastic. I would be happy to pay more for better mailing.
