Book was listed as VG, but was Fair at best. I asked to be reimbursed but was told I could return it, which is crazy for a $2.00 book. This is not the first time I received inferior products & inferior service. I will not order from a Thriftbooks again.

Condition was not as described ("pages are unmarked"). It is in fact extensively highlighted throughout. I was specifically looking for an unmarked copy so this is disappointing.

Sent me the incorrect book, i asked for correct book to be sent they claim they didnt have it, even though it was still listed on their site. I waited 2 weeks, then when i had to buy from another store most used were sold out, cost triple the price!

This is a mass paperback, which I already own, not a softcover. "softcover" is a term used to describe books with covers that are more substantial and durable than traditional paperbacks.

Please don't bother to try to deliver the item - not only is the postal address incorrect; but also the country! I've now re-ordered the item (from a more reliable source). Accordingly, I suggest that you now return the item to its original source.
