The books were in a box that was way bigger than it needed to be with one wimpy clump of crumpled paper thrown in for "protection." Why order a new book if it's going to arrive banged up? Ridiculous.

Please do NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR as Customer Service is very poor, irresponsible, ships the duplicate items on order, inspite of sending emails, and some of them come back as undelivered by postmaster. and No Phone Service at all.

Although sent many emails to Alibris re: not to ship this item as it was accidently ordered twice, Albiris did not respond to any of my emails, which got undelivered,after wasting lot of time over the weekend, Albiris shipped the order.
