Item never shipped. Seller told me to wait 20 days and then 45 days. Despite the receipt suggesting 3-7 days. To this day USPS has still not received the item.

The seller is great. The print on demand version of this book feels cheap and actually is aesthetically displeasing as a book. It reminds me of a poorly made textbook from the late 1980s. I'd probably buy a used non-POD book the next time.
