The plastic bag was a little damaged. The book got a scratch. A carton box (added to the plastic bag) would complete the package and it would protect the book against blows.

BHP delivered the book to the Alibris facility CA very quickly but there is no tracking after that. ALIBRIS customer service is non existent.BHP answered immediatly. I recommend them.

Nice work!, I have my the book in hands, the shipping has a few problems, they do not answer any type of messages. But in overall it is fine. To people who try to buy this HPB-Red, just make sure to copy the shipping information correctly, check twice.

hi, in package was only CLASSROOM MANUAL My order was based upon the ALIBRIS offer : Today's Technician: Automotive Engine Performance Classroom Manual( 2 Volume Set) (SOFTCOVER) The SHOP MANUAL was missing from package !!!!!!
