I never received this book as it was delivered to the WRONG address in a completely different country. (Delivery address is for England; the book was delivered to CALIFORNIA.) I am devastatingly disappointed.

Ordered 7/31,class start 8/13 now 8/21 & still do NOT have book. Shipping tracking number does not work. Contact Alibris, DHL, HPB & USPS. DHL could not help because the tracking # HPB used to ship book was only 8 digits. DHL uses 10. Will not order agn

The book was rated good with possible writing/highlighting. The book was very good with only a bump on the top of the back cover and without any apparent writing or highlighting. The shipping took only 1 day more than the expected time, arriving in style.
