The packaging, a simple plastic envelope, was inadequate for such a long journey (USA to UK). It arrived split open on one corner. Top left corner of the book dented. More robust packaging needed for long haul deliveries.

Hardcover book arrived 10 days after order was placed. Despite thin polyethylene packaging, book arrived in excellent condition w/ clean pages. Thin plastic mailers often rip & fail to prevent damage during shipping, so I'd prefer improved packaging.

The cover was so dirty (eating while reading?) I cleaned it with Lysol prior to handling. There were 11 tape tab page markers inserted in the book. Closed, the book was obviously read by someone with dirty hands. This VERY GOOD volume was fair at best.

Happy with condition of this large study bible. It is perhaps not 'in very good condition' as stated in the listing, but it is 'good+'. Took 35 days to receive it from Texas to the UK, via alibris UK.Postage was very reasonable for a book that size.
